Short-cut keys for Windows 7/8/10/11

It allows you to work fast, and it seems like an expert when you can do many things without touching the mouse. Having this skill will create a good impression, so to help you I have posted some important and commonly used shortcut keys and their combination.
Window & it's combination
- Window + M - Minimize all windows
- Window + down arrow - minimize the active program
- Press window key to open the start menu
- window + E = open file explorer
- window + R = open Run
- Windows + L - If your pc is password protected you can lock your pc by pressing the Windows key and "L" it will lock your computer, no matter in which tab you are working in.
- Windows + D - To quickly show or hide your desktop use the simple combination
Ctrl & it's combination
- Ctrl + X - for cut a selected text
- Ctrl + C - copy the selected text
- Ctrl + V - paste
- Ctrl + Z - undo the previous action
- Ctrl + Y - redo an action
- Ctrl + A - select all
- Ctrl + F - find
- Ctrl + N - open a new window
- Ctrl + Tab - jump forward through tabs
- Ctrl + Shift + N - create a new folder, but in chrome it opens a new incognito tab.
- Ctrl + Shift + Tab - jump backward through tabs
Alt & it's combination
- Alt + F4 - close the running program or shutdown the computer if no program is running.
- Alt + Enter - open properties of the selected item
- Alt + Left Arrow - go back
- Alt + Tab - To switch between apps, press the "Alt" button and press the "Tab".
Shift & it's combination
- Shift + Delete - Delete the selected item without moving to recycle bin
Function keys
- F1 - Help
- F2 - rename selected file or folder
- F3 - find
- F5 - refresh the active window
- F6 - move the cursor to the address bar in browsers
- F7 - spelling check
- F10 - activate menu bar
- F11 - full screen ( on and off)
- F12 - opens developer tool in chrome
Tab - move forward in applicable options
Shift + Tab - move backward in applicable options

Now a days, almost everyone uses chrome, using chrome for browsing through internet. Having these shortcut knowledge not only save your time, it also proves your smartness. here you will find some of the most frequently used shortcut which will gear up you speed.
- Ctrl + T = Open a new tab
- Ctrl + W = Close the current tab
- Ctrl + D = Bookmark the current page
- Ctrl + J = open downloads
- Ctrl + H = open history
